Weight Gain after Quitting Smoking is Transient

One of the classic excuses used by smokers to quit is not that “will get fat.” Which is true, but weight gain is totally temporary. A balanced diet and physical exercise causes weight gain that occurs in the first months of leaving the snuff is offset smoothly.
