However, many people can not stop smoking and some do not to disregard the information necessary to do so. The aim of this paper will then serve as a guide for all those people who are looking to stop smoking and do not know what to do to achieve that result.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Assume the responsibility<br />
Many people do not take responsibility for their decisions. What does this mean? In this context, we mean that if we are to stop smoking , only we can do it. We need to fully understand this idea in order to be successful. This does not mean we can not help. However, we need to become strong and take responsibility for what we want to achieve a sound and safe. We need to believe in us.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Share with others<br />
The second step will be to tell your loved ones what we do. Tell your family and your closest friends you are quitting and ask for help.
